Hi There!

What's
Brewing?

Hello 2025!

We're welcoming the new year with some new menu items! We're saying goodbye to a few menu items to welcome some new items on our regular menu, like our Mushroom Breakfast Tacos or the Roasted Poblano and Chorizo Burrito. Check those out before placing your next order!

Your friendly neighborhood Microroaster

One of the many cool things to happen  this year is our (finally) operating Bellwether Roaster. You've definitely noticed this beauty up by our register. Standing just over 6' tall, this pretty lady is handling all of our roasting operations IN HOUSE!

We're so excited to be partnering with Bellwether on this new chapter of our business. A fully electric, completely ventless design, this roaster helps to eliminated eliminate billions of pounds of CO2e in the coffee roasting process.

There's much more to come with this awesome news so stay tuned! <3

New  Hours

We're opening a little earlier during the week and our kitchen will be open daily until 4pm. We'll be here bright and early monday - friday at 6:30am and saturday/sunday at 7am.

Story Time Sessions

We are so very thrilled to be partnering with David Emmanuelle Castillo from We Will All Rise to host monthly Read Aloud Sessions.

We Will All Rise's "I Can Teach" is a teacher residency program for Black and Brown boys ages 18-24. The areas of focus for the program are workforce development, diversity & representation to mitigate inequities in Early Childhood Education (ECE), and encouraging teaching as a viable career option.

Join us on Saturday once a month for one of two sessions available (2pm or 3:30pm). Children and their parents will work on dialogical reading as well as other ECE competencies. Sessions will be led by David as well as program fellows, and you can learn more about the program here!

As you may have seen, we are planning a second location for our little shop in West Allis! We're so very excited for this project and we cannot wait to share more info with you as we start this! We're teaming up with our long time customer, Luis Sosa of Nova Lux Homes, to build out a new beautiful cafe space on 70th and National. We don't have a projected opening date set yet, but we'll keep you posted :)
