What's Brewing?
La Finca turns 9
We are celebrating 9 years of La Finca this month!
We cannot believe that we've been allowed to serve you for this long, with just as much, if not more enthusiasm and love as day one. We've learned a lot as a business over the years, and we're excited and pumped to continue to shape this shop into a real community space meant for gathering, collaboration, and a celebration of cultures. La Finca does not exist without the passion that our team brings, the support and enthusiasm that our community breathes into us, and the tireless support that our family gifts these two crazy women who take on project after project. We love getting to celebrate every moment of your life that you choose to share with us. Engagements, anniversaries, graduations, promotions- even the ones wrapped in grief or worry. Every moment that you choose to share with us we carry and pour into our space to build it for everyone that walks through our doors. We love what we do because it so clearly reflects the beauty in the people around us. La Finca is community. La Finca is culture. La Finca is delicious coffee that takes you to your next adventure. Thank you for supporting us through the last nine years, and giving us the opportunity to learn and grow alongside you. Much love from all of us here at La Finca.

Your friendly neighborhood Micro Roaster
One of the many cool things to happen in 2024 is our Bellwether Roaster. Standing just over 6' tall, this pretty lady is handling all of our roasting operations IN HOUSE!
We're so excited to be partnering with Bellwether on this new chapter of our business. A fully electric, completely ventless design, this roaster helps to eliminated eliminate billions of pounds of CO2e in the coffee roasting process.
Direct Trade Coffee has been central to our mission since day one, aiming to directly impact the producers with our purchases. Bellwether shares this mission, connecting roasters to producers directly, establishing and nurturing relationships across borders.
