What's Brewing?
June
Your friendly neighborhood Microroaster
One of the many cool things to happen in June is our (finally) operating Bellwether Roaster. You've definitely noticed this beauty up by our register. Standing just over 6' tall, this pretty lady is handling all of our roasting operations IN HOUSE!
We're so excited to be partnering with Bellwether on this new chapter of our business. A fully electric, completely ventless design, this roaster helps to eliminated eliminate billions of pounds of CO2e in the coffee roasting process.
There's much more to come with this awesome news so stay tuned! <3

July
July Features are here and boy do they hit
Remember that delicious Brazilian Lemonade we feature every year in the summer? Well she's back, but with a mild variation this year. We're swapping out the condensed milk for a dairy free coconut condensed milk, and along with fresh lime, mint, and a bit of sweetness this little baddie is all the refreshment you need this month <3
Lavender Horchata Cold Brew we know her and we love her. Our trusty house made horchata sweetened with a bit of Monin Lavender and topped with our delicious cold brew.
Fish tacos are GONE. Lol, jk. They're here and will be here every Friday through August. Get 'em while you can!
This month we have a little vegetarian dish that my sister and I really enjoy anytime we make it. Tostadas de Tomatillo- think pico de gallo but *g r e e n.*
Diced tomatillo, cilantro , fresh panela cheese, red onion, lime juice, and a little bit of fresh jalapeno for a touch of heat all atop two house made tostadas and sour cream. Seriously, the freshest, most summer-y flavors you'll want to keep eating tostada after tostada.
We also are featuring a fabulous Southwest Chicken Wrap. Grilled chicken breast with tomato, spring greens, red onion, a house made southwest aioli, fried seasoned corn tortilla strips, all wrapped in a flour tortilla. Delish, I promise.
Miss us on Mondays?
Now you won't have to! Say goodbye to the Monday blues and catch us SEVEN DAYS A WEEK! We started opening on Mondays back in February and we are so happy to see you! Mondays have turned into a great day for us to catch up with you all meet a few new faces that haven't had the chance to stop in.
Read Aloud Sessions
We are so very thrilled to be partnering with David Emmanuelle Castillo from We Will All Rise to host monthly Read Aloud Sessions.
We Will All Rise's "I Can Teach" is a teacher residency program for Black and Brown boys ages 18-24. The areas of focus for the program are workforce development, diversity & representation to mitigate inequities in Early Childhood Education (ECE), and encouraging teaching as a viable career option.
Join us on Saturday once a month for one of two sessions available (2pm or 3:30pm). Children and their parents will work on dialogical reading as well as other ECE competencies. Sessions will be led by David as well as program fellows, and you can learn more about the program here!
Proceeds of July's drink features will be donated to this program, so if you're looking for another way to support check those out! If you'd like to donate directly, visit https://wewillallrise.org/support or learn more at https://wewillallrise.org/icanteach.

Patio Season is Here
And hopefully, she's here to stay. A couple of notes/reminders to anyone wanting to enjoy our patio.
Our patio space is pet friendly, however, please be mindful of leaving your pet unattended. Absolutely no pets inside of the cafe space, please.
Our drive thru window is also walk-up order friendly, so you can place your order at the window if you'd like to keep your pet near to you at all times.
Please, no smoking on the patio.
Help us keep our patio clean! Bring in any garbage/dishes to keep things from blowing away. We are so excited to welcome in the warmer weather and look forward to enjoying it with you all.
