What's Brewing?
April Features
are live and ready to rock! This month proceeds of our April features will benefit the Ostara Initiative. Check out our latest blog post to learn more, or visit there website here.
This month we've got some yum spring flavors for y'all. Our Lavender Fields is making a return visit in a new, shaken fashion. Rishi Blue Jasmine Tea sweetened with Monin Lavender syrup and lemon juice shaken up and served over ice. You can also enjoy an old favorite a new way by way of the Kokomo 2. Monin coffee berry extract caffeinates fresh coconut water and it's all topped with a delicious coconut lime cold foam (10/10 no notes). And finally behind the bar, we've got a gorgeous Cinnamon Bun Shaken Espresso. A house made cinnamon bun syrup by our lovely Kusu gets shaken up with espresso and topped with our delectable tres leches sweet cream.
Behind the prep line you can find our usual Fish Tacos on Fridays as well as the Migas con Salchipulpo. Let your inner child out with this special, featuring scrambled eggs, corn tortilla strips, beef franks, mayo-ketchup sauce, and a side of orange slices. We hope your April is off to a great start. See you soon friends <3
Your friendly neighborhood Microroaster
One of the many cool things to happen in 2024 is our (finally) operating Bellwether Roaster. Standing just over 6' tall, this pretty lady is handling all of our roasting operations IN HOUSE!
We're so excited to be partnering with Bellwether on this new chapter of our business. A fully electric, completely ventless design, this roaster helps to eliminated eliminate billions of pounds of CO2e in the coffee roasting process.
There's much more to come with this awesome news so stay tuned! <3
